Shomron Regional Municipality
The towns of the Shomron are so diverse there is something for anyone who is looking to live in it. Whether you are looking for a big town, or small yishuv (settlement), an all religious city, all secular, or a mix of both,you can find it in the Shomron. Below you can find information on a selection of our towns.
In the month of Av 5765 (August 2005), four towns in northern Samaria were uprooted and their residents expelled from their homes by a decision of the Israeli government:
Ganim, Kadim,Homesh and Sanur.
